Grape varieties:

A blend of three different grape varieties, grown in the classic district of Terlano (South-Tyrol), a blend successfully used for over 100 years, Pinot bianco (60%), Chardonnay (30%) Sauvignon Blanc (10%)

Sandy, easy warming up porphyry-gravel

100 dt./ha

Vinification:

Fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats, ageing and maturation on fine yeast for 6 months

light yellow with green reflexes

aroma:

lowery and fruity (tropical fruits) with light yeasty notes

taste:

harmonious and quite strong on the palate very persistent

Alcohol:

13 % vol.

10-12 ºC
